4. Fees and Payments
Service fees, placement charges, and nanny compensation will be communicated to you before confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once placement or consultation services have commenced.
5. Verification and Matching
While we conduct background checks and screening to the best of our ability, Kinvo Care does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or that every match will meet your expectations. Final hiring decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Cancellations and Replacements
Cancellation and replacement policies vary by service type and will be shared at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement when agreed terms apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinvo Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, actions of independent caregivers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
